As an IP-centric company, we form Joint Ventures with strategic industry partners who will buy exclusive operational and distribution rights to our IP and systems under specific parameters in a given country, and with whom we collaborate on customizing the system setup and applications before widespread deployment. Our IP doesn't merely provide incremental value to an organization. It provides enormous new opportunities, massively expands and protects market share and provides the bridge to the future for our Joint Venture partner(s). This happens utilizing their existing infrastructure and personnel. Our business model is specifically designed to enable our company to be laser-focused on what we do best while enabling our JV partners to do what they do best. With an ongoing relationship in place we co-develop with our joint venture partners breaking barriers in new innovation and bringing new product creation and applications to market.

The LiqueFex Lab

As a forward-thinking business staying ahead of the game, we function as a research and development lab devoted to pushing the boundaries in understanding new ways of doing things. From ideation to system engineering, the lab works on overcoming complex issues in banking, finance, insurance, and trade. In the lab we explore questions like:
